Perfectly got rid of the stain, no plastic as i requested, and the woman working the desk was very nice
I got a stain on a borrowed dress and was so worried it would be permanent. I did not get the name of the woman who helped me, but she was so kind and she assured me I had done everything right (brought it in as soon as I could, did not use chemicals to try to remove the stain).
