I got a stain on a borrowed dress and was so worried it would be permanent. I did not get the name of the woman who helped me, but she was so kind and she assured me I had done everything right (brought it in as soon as I could, did not use chemicals to try to remove the stain). She made me feel a lot better AND the best part is that the dress was returned in perfect condition! Honestly it might even be better than when I first borrowed it.
