I've been usind Regency's service since 2010 starting with the NC hwy 55 location/plaza next to the mexican resteraunt and food lion. The employees were all super polite, and when I said I needed my jacket by the next day, they said no problem. The following day I received a text stating my item was ready, and it was three hours early! Very convenient.
