It was a loning that had to be sewed in an older sports coat’ but once the company des were sold rated out, all the ent smoothly.

You are very helpful, and you do great work. I’ve only lived in Durham since April , but you’re right up there with those great dry cleaners I used to go to in LA and I even in NYC.

Good dry cleaning. Gets things done on time. Issue with starch : they use so much, even after requesting to likit it, and shirts come out looking & feeling like they're made out of cardboard.

IF I had a bad experience at Regency it is such a distant memory. I have been a consistent customer since we moved to Durham in 1988. The staff is friendly and efficient. The service has not faltered. I am committed to this laundry service until I either move from Durham or die.
