I needed something dry cleaned by tomorrow, but I missed the cutoff and it is a holiday weekend. Mel, the delightful woman that helped me was wonderful. She called White star dry cleaner and arranged for them to perform the service today. I took it there and they had it back to regency by 3pm. Mel could have just said sorry (which I deserved!) but she did not. She went over and above to ensure I was taken care of. She also has great people skills and is pleasant and caring. She is wonderful.
