Regency Cleaners began business in 1982 at the University Drive location. Locally owned and operated by the Foley family, Regency Cleaners grew to three strong locations by 1994. In 2001, the Foley’s purchased White Star Cleaners and Laundry, a well known, established dry cleaning and Laundromat business with three locations, that has been serving the Durham community since 1930. I needed something dry cleaned by tomorrow, but I missed the cutoff and it is a holiday weekend. Mel, the delightful woman that helped me was wonderful. She called White star dry cleaner and arranged for them to perform the service today. I took it there and they had it back to regency by 3pm. Mel could have just said sorry (which I deserved!) but she did not. She went over and above to ensure I was taken care of. She also has great people skills and is pleasant and caring. She is wonderful.
I only had a chef coat done an it looked like it just came out the packaging.. Thank you
