I telephoned ahead as I was leaving home and asked that my clothing be left on one of the counter racks for my pick-up. I spoke with Lorenzo, who could not have been more professional. I told him that we had a credit card number on file and how the account was listed. When I arrived at the Parham Road he had placed my clothing just where I requested that it be left, and my receipt was stapled to the bag. I was in and out of the building in less that ten seconds. I am disabled and the gentleman saw me in the car. He brought my order out to my car and got my credit card. He made the purchase for me. He brought the receipt and my card back out to the car. This was very much appreciated! They always go above and beyond the call of duty!
