I have been to many Puritan cleaners in the Richmond area. I’ve been going to the Parham location exclusively for the past year and have never been disappointed. All the staff are friendly and helpful, especially a young man that I see nearly every visit who knows my name and is always smiling, even first thing in the morning when I usually stop by. I had my purse cleaned and was told it would be delivered after I was Set up for delivery that never happened. I was then sent to Midlothian store not there I was then sent to short pump and then to Tuckernuck where I left it. I spent 50 in gas for nothing I deserve a refund since it was at the location I left it at originally
