I was told by the manager that customers that call the store take priority over customers that drive to the store and that are there standing in the store waiting to pick-up their laundry. The manager actually told me to wait that he would be on the phone "awhile" checking this customer's order. I believe that if a customer drives to the store and is waiting to get their laundry then that should take priority over someone that has called-up to check on their orders.
