Puritan (at Pump & Patterson) always does a great job -- quick, on time, great service, and responsive to my particular and personal wishes. Plus -- Sandy, the manager, is nice as pie and always welcoming. I tried two other cleaners when I moved to Richmond several years ago and found them unsatisfactory, and once I found this Puritan site, I never changed again!
