Always a great experience with Puritan Cleaners. I've been sending out my shirts to them for years, taking advantage of their pickup/delivery to my home. Having recently moved, I had a backlog of some 20+ shirts since I had not notified Puritan of the change of address. I stopped by the Short Pump location in the morning and was able to pick-up ALL the shirts clean and nicely pressed at 5:30p on my way home. My daughter’s handmade wedding veil came back in a sealed box... I was assured it is preserved and had been handled with care! Kind and knowledgeable customer Service and a good price for the preservation this wedding heirloom Highly recommend !
