I telephoned ahead as I was leaving home and asked that my clothing be left on one of the counter racks for my pick-up. I spoke with Lorenzo, who could not have been more professional. I told him that we had a credit card number on file and how the account was listed. When I arrived at the Parham Road he had placed my clothing just where I requested that it be left, and my receipt was stapled to the bag. I was in and out of the building in less that ten seconds.
