They were friendly, and provided outstanding personal service and follow-up. My debit card was used to pay for my cleaning and it was out of funds by the time the cleaning had been completed, and they worked with me as I am disabled, and would not have the cash until another couple of weeks. They ran my card through, got their money, and my cleaned items were fragile fabrics and great shape upon their delivery to me!

THe person who waited on me was delightful to work with. She acknowledged me when I came in with my coat, we chatted about the virus, all of us wearing masks & gloves. The other young lady that was also waiting for customers was just as courteous and friendly as the lady who was processing my coat. I have been a customer of Puritan Cleaners from the day you opened and have always been a satisfied customer.
