Courteous and informative when we dropped off our first article of clothing. Their staff was attentive, professional and answered all of our questions. Pick-up service was just as pleasant.! You have great manager at your Patterson and Pump store. Her Name is Sandy. When you walk in to drop your laundry and walk out except saying hello Sandy. You know clothes are in good hands. I always remind her , no Starch. Her usual answer is “ double starch”.professional, friendly , courteous. Later when you walk in after greeting she brings your laundry with out asking name tel no .
