I have been going to Puritan for about 5 years now (since I moved to Richmond). I really like them. Staff is always very friendly, polite, informative and helpful. I also like the fundraisers they do for thecommunity

The dress I brought in stated do not dry clean but instead wash it. It is a party dress and at first it was debated whether or not Puritan would wash it per the instructions. I told the person at the desk to go ahead and put it in for washing and see if it is rejected. Fortunately, Puritan took care of it and now my dress is ready to wear. Great service, as usual.
