The PURITAN Cleaners location that I visited on Broad St was easy for me from Short Pump, the young lady that runs it was pleasant and professional, and my dry cleaning was ready earlier than promised

It’s the details...I had taken a break from Puritan due to pricing but recently was in a position where the cleaner I have been using was closed and I needed something cleaned right away. As I walked in, the young gentleman working greeted me with a smile and welcome to Puritan. He was very professional and friendly as he generated my ticket and gave me the pick up date. The very day I received a handwritten note from the young man thanking me for choosing Puritan. It’s been years since I’ve received a thank you note much less, a handwritten one. Exceptional service is hard to find these days but Puritan cleaners has nailed it.
