You got out a very difficult stain caused by a salad dressing on a great shirt, which I made worse by applying cold water and soap to it. It took you two tries but your staff gladly did it a second time with no charge, and without harming the shirt. I don't know what your super secret formula for these extremely unsightly stains, but it works -- and your staff is very professional and personable!

Traveling in the area and need pants dry cleaned in one day. Dropped off 45 minutes after the morning cut off time but they still were able to return my pants the same day at 4 pm. Hurray...
