Excellent experience, the counter staff at Staples Mill was incredibly friendly and helpful. The tailor did a great job with alterations. It is easy to see why Puritan is always so highly rated. Asking for customer feedback is also appreciated. I will definitely use Puritan in the future. Thank you.

Alteration team turned around my item ahead of time which was great since I didn’t give them much time. Cleaners also excellent. Both were friendly and I would highly recommend

Puritan Cleaners notify you via email or text when your clothes are ready for pick. The employees are always professional and pleasant when you visit the business. They also make it a point to know you by name not face. My clothes are always properly cleaned and pressed properly.
