Have loved taking advantage of home pickups. Great service. The only time i did not get an item back as expected, i called and discovered my down comforter was not fully dry when the delivery driver picked up deliveries for the day. I was so IMPRESSED when the comforter was at my door the NEXT day...not the next delivery day. Happy Customer
