I love Puritan. They always do an excellent job, and the employees are very personable. The only reason I’m giving 4 is because my wife had a rather expensive blouse that cannot be replaced. Apparently there was a stain on it and they ruined it by trying to get it out, and took the color out. It’s on the front so there is no hiding it. Other than that, everything is great!
