Puritan damaged beyond repair an article of my clothing but they ultimately made it right by covering the cost for replacement. I was very impressed with how it was handled. The damage to the clothing was simply human error and not indicative of the quality of their work. I have had a long-time relationship with Puritan and will continue it based on how this was handled. Thank you
