13 hats DESTROYED! Over $150 paid for cleaning and were returned still dirty. All shrunk and deformed! Spoke to owner who said if I would sign a release of liability form she'll clean them again. REALLY?!?!?! This was my first time utilizing this service. Unfortunately, it will be my last visit here. The customer service was horrible. I will say on a positive note that the pricing was fair and the building itself had a cute old-fashioned look. The inside was also very clean and up-to date technology. My interaction with the front staff was very unpleasant on both times that I had to speak to someone. we all have off days so I am hoping this is a unique situation for myself and not others. Didn't wind up leaving anything at Pugh's after we drove 45 minutes to be greeted by a pleasant woman who could not supply us with any answers or promise the service to be completed in less than 7 days when we needed it in 5. Can't give an honest evaluation or rating because we did not use them.
I trusted them with cleaning my college graduation stole and they ruined it. They made no attempt to make things right and now I cannot wear it to my graduation. I am extremely upset and am never going back there again.

I further informed you that there would be a risk of damage to the item if we cleaned it. I informed you I thought it would be ok but there is still a risk and asked what you would like to do. The worst Dry cleaners j have ever been to. Grossly overpriced and ruined my blouse. Do not go there!!!
Ruined brand new silk blouse. Holes in it and they blamed me. No customer service! Would never go back.
