Awful!!! They ruined an heirloom dress. I specifically told them not to touch it if they couldn’t do it. There were many more scorch stains and it totally ruined the shape of the dress. I’m so disappointed. Doubtful I will ever return. I sent another brand new dress and they couldn’t get the stains out either. A horrible experience
They never called me when my wedding dress was ready to be viewed or when it was done and cleaned. I was also quoted a lower price then when I went to pick my dress up they added charges for things they never did like adding my veil. I won’t be back.
