Everyone is very professional and nice. I had an issue with a stained shirt, not caused by me, that was not reparable but the manager made it right without hesitation. I appreciate the friendly faces , warm welcomes and the desire to do a great job.

I waited forever . I was the only person there and this huge man and one elderly lady both behibd the counter , she is ypur desk clerk, I dont know what his job was, of which neither acknowledged me at all. They just kept doing what they were doing. One could have stopped to help me. . Then FINALLY she cones over and meanwhile the phone was ringing and ringing. We took our one piece of dry cleaning, a man’s shirt on Thursday and requested if we could get it Saturday as we were going out of town Sunday. They told us it would not be ready until Monday and it would cost us 20% more to pick it up Saturday. They text us it was ready Friday to pick up. And you charged us more. We will not be using you anymore!
