Appreciated that my shoes (in for repair) and dry cleaning were ready at same time, saving me an extra trip. Did not know it beforehand but was pleasantly surprised when I asked if my shoes were also ready & the response was yes. The shoes were then brought out. Wonder if I hadn’t asked, would I have been making another trip from Tellico Village. The dry cleaning has always been exceptional.
