Steam only to jacket that arrived wrinkled , was charged $11.84 for STEAM- never again , way beyond reasonable.
My soon dropped off a large blanket to be laundered. When I picked it up which was late because you didnt have it ready within a week time frame you gave us to launder a large thick blanket… was not happy I was FLOORED to find out this had been treated as a rug and would cost me $229 to pick up!!! I was pissed off and still am. This was to be laundered not treated as a rug AND on top of it all it still smells bad from it being the dogs. Did not ask for shirts to be folded, they were wrinkled. $3 per shirt and still wrinkled is not worth it.
Prices are way to high , especially alterations
