Needed same day service before going out of town. Prestige accommodated my schedule, as well as providing a kind and professional experience. Different branches (Merchants, Powell Factory) worked as a team to make sure I got my jacket clean for my night at the theatre. I am beyond impressed, not to mention quite grateful.

Every Spring I take my king-sized quilt to Prestige to be cleaned. The counter person is always cheerful and attentive. The quilt is always ready at the promised time; clean and fresh smelling. And, I know when I take my lighter weight quilt to them for cleaning this winter it will be returned equally perfect.
Wonderful, for the first time I came in to your store on Emory rd I wanted a crew neck shirt changed to a V neck and what a wonderful job she did, I have another so I will see you on Monday for another V neck
