I have used Prestige Cleaners for years but have finally hit my limit with items not returned that had to be tracked down, items not ready when promised, items that had to be dry-cleaned a second time because stains not removed until pointed out and coupons being short changed and not applied correctly.
The dry cleaning was fine; however the problem this time was that I dropped off a time-sensitive load into the drop-off bin. This was on a Tuesday. The bin was not checked until the Friday I was set to leave to go out of town. This was frustrating as 1) I had to make other suit arrangements and 2) the clothing left out in the bin amounted to several hundred dollars of attire. I am a regular customer, and this was my first bad experience. I’ll definitely continue coming, but felt it appropriate to raise the flag.
Bout the third time I've had them mess my jeans up, I'm not one to leave reviews but they can't seem to get my order right especially when paying good money for them to be dry cleaned how I want them to be.

Ernie is the salt of the earth. He chastised me for not bringing in more clothes for cleaning. I apologized and promised to wear more despite my Covid-created isolation.
