The lady who waits on me is always super pleasant and greets me with a winning smile. She makes a visit to the dry cleaners a visit with a friend. She is also fast, recognizes who I am, and renders extra little conveniences that make me feel special. I congratulate you on having such a great employee!

I brought my son’s bathrobe for a pocket repair. I thought he had picked it up, but he hadn’t. I went by to see if it was still there after over a year, and they still had it! Awesome service!
Had pants hemmed. Excellent job and finished in two days.
Customer service is amazing and they always do an amazing job… If it’s not right they fix it !!! I can’t In good conscience recommend the alterations dept … Cookie ruined a $300 pair of linen pants and screamed at me and told me she did exactly what I said … I was forced to pay for them and then had to take the to another alterations lady and she did the best she could but there still pretty much ruined!!
