Scott is a pleasure to work with. He is always on time for pickup and delivery. My clothes are always clean, pressed, and bagged. On rare occasions, I have needed minor repairs (zippers, hem, etc.), and these repairs are expertly done and have never caused a delay in my order. It is very convenient to have my cleaning picked up and dropped off at the office and billing/payment are automatic, so I do not have to worry about the bill.
