I had just been to another cleaners for an emergency cleaning. They simply turned me away. When I tried Polo, they went out of their way to help. I wound up giving them all of my cleaning, alteration, and items to be pressed for an upcoming wedding. They’ve gotten a customer for life. A little care and concern goes a long way.
