The people that helped us were very nice and friendly. We really appreciated the prompt service as we are in a bind and needed things cleaned right away. The only negative thing I have to say is we thought your prices were high for the cleaning of the jackets. Other than that we enjoyed the experience.

The person who greeted me at the counter (female Hispanic) remembered my last name. She was very polite and professional. She chatted as she quickly got my close ready and made it a positive experience.
