Trot was great
Was so happy with the service I received from Polo Cleaners! I was looking for someone to clean our draperies and they did a wonderful job. Diana was very helpful with scheduling someone to come out, remove the draperies, take them to be cleaned and then come back and rehang them. Victor was that someone and he could not have been more helpful and friendly about the whole process. Our draperies look wonderful. Will definitely start using Polo Cleaners for all our dry cleaning needs!
I had attempted to wash my king size bedspread and it was a disaster. My machine would not spin. I panicked and called you to see if you could help me. You accepted the spread in a wet heavy condition. In two days you gave me my quilted bedspread back in excellent clean condition. You saved me from a nightmare. Mu sister inlaw has used Polo for years. I have a very expensive silk quilt my husband and I sleep with that needed cleaning. Received a phone call my quilt was ready and so happy, that Polo got the stains out and my quilt looked & smelled fresh!
