Not a good experience at all. The salesperson was very unprofessional. I am dropping a men’s suit for a first time and I asked her how much it would cost me! She so rudely tell me that I have to wait 10 minutes before she can give me the price!!!!!!! How stupid could that be. Are you telling me that you guys don’t have a set price for a suit. Then when I pick up the suit she charges me $17. If I knew it’s that expensive, I would have never drop it. I would have tried another dry cleaner
I needed a stream for my dress and when I wore a part of my dress in the front got burnt/ ripped
the coat i brought in was very clean and nice but the price was ridiculous...never will use them again

I enrolled in pick up delivery and they picked up and left dry cleaning bags for future use.

I ordered a bathing suit per the RL size guide and it didn’t fit. I sent it back and ordered the next bigger size. RL returned the first suit and refused to give me a refund. The suit was unused and in the original packaging. I quit ordering from them.
