Such a seamless operation. Pick up and delivery twice a week and if I miss something I can drop it off when I drive by and they include it on the next delivery. Never have to take out my wallet since they now recognize me and just include it in my account which is on file with a credit care. Great cleaning service, with very efficient and friendly staff. And of course the cleaning is great too. I have had no issues with clothing.
You all are always such a pleasure! Friendly, great customer service and our shirts (mostly what we service) are laundered and pressed to perfection. Thank you!

I was told my pickup days would be mon and Thursday turned out to be Tuesday and Thursday The work is good.
When we first moved to RSM two years ago, we picked the Polo near us. The Yelp reviews were good. We have been happy with the service and results so plan to stay with them.
