Fantastic experience. Fast service and a tremendous staff.
First the cleaning was completed when Polo promised. Second, I appreciated the text when my clothes were ready for pickup. Third, I was acknowledged and got a friendly greeting when I walked in. Finally, the and perhaps most important, the clothes were clean and looked like new!

Extremely professional staff. Cleaning AAA! I had a white quilt and mattress pad cleaned. They had stains on them that came back stain free! I love how the cleaning is done on-site. I live in San Diego, however, I come to Ladera Ranch at least twice a month and bring my cleaning to Polo Cleaners for their professional service. Your service is wonderful! Thank you.
