I spilled food on two pairs of trousers. One pair had BBQ stains, the other coffee. When I went to pick them up , there was Esther with her usual welcoming smile. And two pairs of perfectly cleaned khakis.

As retirees, we don't have much dry cleaning but whenever we do, we go to Pilgrims off South Shore Blvd where we get excellent service from Esther and her staff there.
