The front desk lady is EXCELLENT!!! I’ve been coming here to Pilgrim for over a year now and this lady is the happiest, nicest & friendly person I have ever met!!! A true asset to the company!!! 5 STAR ALL THE WAY!!!
The clerk who retrieved my clothes was very courteous, and shared what she intends to do for Halloween.

I brought in a purse that had a torn strap. I lost the piece that connected the strap to the purse. It wasn’t an expensive purse, but one of my favorites. The purse was repaired perfectly! I couldn’t even tell which side had been torn! Thank you! I will be back, and also recommend you to my friends and family!
