When I dropped my items off, I was not notified about the cost. So when I came to pick it up, I was unpleasantly surprised by the amount I was required to pay. When I asked to see the itemized pricing, the lady who was working that day looked irritated. I wanted to take the receipt, but she said she needed it for her paperwork. The items I brought for dry clean were nice and clean, but the visit left a bitter taste overall.
