I gave 5 stars for the way I was treated and the price. However, I was still picking dirty lint and small sticks out of the blanket I had dry cleaned. I really wasn't very clean when I got it back.

Staff is always courteous and friendly. I am known and treated with respect. The dry cleaning and laundry services are trustworthy.
Your people at the Stewart Road Store are super friendly and helpful. Items have always been cleaned well.... except for our jeans. I alway want my jeans laundered without starch, they always seem to come back starched. The last time they were as stiff as a board, and my husband could not even put them on. Can we get that fixed?????
As always when I go to Pilgrim my things are on the counter before I get in the door, I got a great greeting from Jasmine and I was on my way again. Great people!
