Great customer service, love the 24 hr locker pickup/drop off, even though I do not need to use it very often it is nice to know that good people are there to help and good service is there when you need it :-) always consistent.

I like the cleaners, but it took 2 weeks for my comforter to come in and I was never contacted, I went in to see if it was back.
I didn't think the stains out of my dress and my husbands shirt were ever going to come out, but you guys did an excellent job!! My only complaint was my strapless satan finish wedding dress (that had plastic hanging loops) now has six holes because of the straight pins and safety pins. I don't understand why the loops weren't used for hanging. The staff is very nice and I'll probably return but be cautious of my items.
