Esther is an excellent employee - so knowledgeable, efficient, & caring.
Awesome personnel!! They always make you feel welcome when entering the building with a warm greeting. They are very helpful and they are concerned about having satisfied customers.
We were just in town for a couple weeks and needed a few items cleaned. There was a closer dry cleaner to us by 9 mins each way but decided to use Pilgrim because their rating was better and had a lot of positive reviews. The items were completed when they said they would be, clean, and without damage. The staff was friendly at drop off and pickup. That is about all you can ask for.
It was Great, everyone was very nice and I will be back.
