I haven’t been a regular customer at Pico Cleaners for quite some time and Jacob one of the owners a took care of me. Amazingly after many many years he remembered exactly who I was, my ex-husband, stepchildren, sister and her husband. He greeted me like it was a only a week ago. Great! Brought in a shirt to be pressed at 4 pm and it was not a problem at all. Shirt was done in 15 minutes. Appreciated it being done that day and saved me a trip from coming back. Everyone was very nice. Thank you.
