Jacob the owner was so helpful when speaking to him about my 25 year old drapes being cleaned and if that was something that could be done. He immediately made an appointment for a consultation and sent Guillermo out for a consultation within 2 days.. Guillermo was great along with his assistant who both agreed my drapes could be cleaned with no problem. They took them down and brought them back in less than a week. Pics cleaners is the best. I’ve been going there for years. They are kind to accommodate me when I forget to bring a garment in on time. Robert is so nice. Patty is too. All of the employees are very helpful! It’s a good experience when I go there!
