I am probably one of the first customers of Pico Cleaners as I have been a customer since they opened. They service is not only excellent ( and they do everything from alterations to cleaning dirty carpets. Jacob and his brothers Simon and Herman treat me and every customer like family, and the staff is friendly, efficient and kind.

I was informed one day early that my order was complete. I like the automated system that informs you by text that your order is done. I did not like the fact that I presented a 30% coupon that was not applied to my final payment until I brought it to their attention.

As always, Nelson is quite incredible and people I guess are under the his direction I think and they did a patch on my jeans. The lady did and this is the first time I’ve ever seen it work because they use some kind of a soft patch they were the best jeans I ever had in my life they saved them!!!!!! And I wouldn’t imagine any other place could do it.
