Everything is just perfect, friendly and excellent quality. Even though I have a 30% discount, the pricing is going up too quickly. Instead of raising their pricing every few years, it seems to be going up maybe per year or less. If people if pico cleaners owns the property, then there could be room for slowing down the price increases or even lowering them. The owners are very wonderful people and the employees all have a high consistent friendly level of service
