Friendly staff and let you know if there might be a problem cleaning the item. I like the choice is mine then to take a risk to have it cleaned or not. They aren’t the cheapest but the quality is there. Plus they stand by their work. I have used them for years.

I've been to this establishment five or more times. Each time, I get great service. I've had alterations, regular dry cleaning and never any problems.
This was my first visit to Perfect Cleaners. I accidentally went to the wrong location to pick up my clothes. I didnt know this but a nice lady at the 3rd Street location called ahead and when I arrived at Pico my clothes were at the register waiting on me. Most importantly they were expertly cleaned and perfectly pressed. I would definitely recommend Perfect Cleaners!!!
Wasn't happy with a recent cleaner I tried closer to home and went back to Perfect (on Pico). Forgot how courteous their staff was and how beautifully they did my Zegna suit and how reasonable it was for the quality received.
I felt valued as a customer, and the staff truly cared about item I brought. It was ready when they said it would be, and perfect.
Have been using Perfect Cleaners for about 18 years very happy 😊 the employees are great especially Jose and Maria👍
