Friendly service and accommodating. They kindly did a quick tailoring job for me on the spot. I’ve used them for over 10 years and they have been very professional and consistent. If you have fragile or vintage items, you should flag it to them so they will mark it as fragile and take extra steps to protect the item (eg: be more gentle with the fabric and buttons.).
