Everything is always fine
Extremely courteous and professional. Great cleaners and alterations. Only have been going there a couple of years and when I walk in Esmeralda greets me by name an makes me feel like I am a client who is appreciated.
Properly done with attention to detail
Very happy with customer service. Laundry/drycleaning done well. *Would be nice to be told upon pickup that a stain could not be removed without further approval from me, rather than reading it on a tag once I get home, which then requires me to drive back to Perfect to drop off same item
