Walter is excellent. He is personal with each customer's needs.
They are very friendly and nice people. The only thing I wish is that the general windows of time are shorter. I realize they can call you, but still 3 hrs is a pretty big window. As well, I don't feel comfortable just having a pick up, generally I have a lot of asks -- such as be careful of the shell buttons, things with a stain, alterations/repairs etc. I like the people in the store and trust them to get the instructions right.
Perfect Cleaners is extremely professional, courteous, efficient, and polite.
The work is excellent and it is very convenient to have a delivery/pick up option. Victor was great, I miss him but Eric is starting to get it down and I am sure he will be great too! Just a bit of a learning curve getting everyone's availability committed to memory. I would recommend Perfect Cleaners to anyone who asked.
I love the pick-up and delivery service -- so convenient and no extra cost. What could be better than that? My clothes and linens always cleaned to perfection. My husband is particular about his shirts -- the hand-finished option provides a great finish with less wear and tear on his shirts.

I am loving the free pick up and delivery service. I have been working with the nicest guys and it has taken 2 more chores off my load. I am so happy!!!! Actually I'm a little sad because I never go in and see all the friendly staff from Perfect Cleaners.

I had a blazer cleaned-- it looked like new again! I had the matching pant hemmed and tappered to match a sample-- which alterations did an AMAZING job on. They also pressed my sample pant which was so nice of them.
