when I asked them how much it would cost to get three button holes on my garment, they told me from 9$ to 15. They charged me 19$. Also I bought 4 buttons and they took them all because they were in a PKG. and used 3 of them but kept the other button, which I could of used if I lost a button and I paid around 7$ for those buttons. The garment itself I paid around 30$ for. So I was disappointed, on the information they gave me and kept my button.
They very expensive and they don’t have a option just to clean and press no I would not go back
I received a text saying my cleaning was ready - 5 days later I went to pick it up and was told that one shirt was still at another store and they didn’t know when it would be there. They also didn’t know if they’d be able to call to let me know when it was there and ready to be picked up. I called the main office phone number and talked to someone and they were going to look into this for me and call me back.....I’m still waiting for that phone call.
