My experience was excellent. Tosha at the coventry peerless has par excellent customer service skills. Kudos to her, she called me by name. IThis is a lost art these days. Keep up the good work, you got my business.
I Had an issue with a coupon but they made it right. The person working at the store could have been a little friendlier but overall I am happy with the experience.
